You're right...a cup (or pot) of tea is a cure for many things...never knew that it could get you out of a situation like that! Don't know if I'd be that calm...but Evil Sister and I had an excellent time yesterday with a pot of Yorkshire (topped up a time or two with the kettle) and enjoyed our chat even more! I had the foresight to bake a cake (I knew she was coming, so I baked a Lemon Pound cake...too wonderful for words if I do say so myself!) Tea and Cake...what could be better? If you and your Mum had been here to join us!
